My application just changed from "under review' to "complete" did that happen for anyone else?

Not yet. I just checked my profile and it still says "under review". I emailed about a week ago and never heard back.

Did your application change from the status of "under review" to "out for decision"? Mine has said "under review" for months now. I haven't heard anything yet. I tried emailing yesterday but haven't gotten a response.
