Got into UIUC as well. Now i'm really confused

Yup international, from India. Georgia Tech is higher in ranking yeah.

I've been accepted into the CMU and Georgia Tech programs for MS in Environmental Engineering. I've got funding at CMU(12,000 USD) and no funding at Georgia Tech, so the expenses turn out to be similar at both places. Both are really great programs and i'm not able to make up my mind. Could someone help? Thanks!
