Another long time stalker here. I've appreciated the info you guys have been offering so I thought I would give back: My husband and I both applied for the intensive language grant-we are Phd students in very different fields at different universities. Both our statuses went from "selection made" to "funding" sometime since last night. We did not see them switch to blank in between. Our choices were Freiburg, Munich, and Dresden (in that order) for May- July, all with the Goethe Institut. The portal currently says the target institution is Dresden- Goethe (for both of us). I assume this means we both got Dresden. We applied on our own without the help of our institutions. We have not received an official message in the portal or via email yet.
