I got admits from UPenn MSE Robotics of GRASP lab and Gatech ECE program. In Gatech, I am interested in taking the Systems and control specialization. I am interested equally in AI and Control. Considering this, which would be a better option with regards to 1. Reputation of the college and reputation of the program. 2. Research potential in the two fields in the college. 3. TA and RA. 4. Job opportunities.

My SOP seems a bit too complicated to me. Can anyone, preferably someone who has a general knowledge of robotics critique it. Any feedback would be very helpful to me.
