I'm looking at a program that may accept students "if they provide their own funding." Can someone please explain what exactly this means?

Rejected... Can you ask for them to carry your application over to the next year?

Interview / open house is one week away and I haven't heard back. Should I assume rejection or bother them via email for a decision?

This is my first manuscript that has been accepted for publication. When I applied to schools, I listed it as "under review." Is it normal to email the schools I applied to and ask them to update my application with this information, or should I just let it be?

Can anyone confirm whether USF has extended all of their interview invites? When I sign in I still see a message that says a decision hasn't been made, but I'm assuming it will be a rejection since invites were sent out last week.

Has anyone heard back from University of South Florida? Looks like last year's cohort heard back about interviews this week.
