To those admitted in mdev: did you notice that they have changed the course structure for those starting this year? It is structured with a major and a minor. When I applied there were three tracks and you had to take one course in each per semester. What is your opinion about this change?

@Autumn Springs which school will you go to? I was admitted to Sciencespo and iheid as well (development). I am 90% sure I will go to Iheid, mainly because of job opportunities. What about you?

I am from Brazil (got my degree in Brazil as well). With intermediate French (which urgently needs to become fluent now!).

Really? Tomorrow morning?? I was pretty sure today would be the day...this is frustrating...

It is 2:07 pm. Seven minutes is more than enough to write "admitted" and press "send"!

I wouldn't worry too much about this, I will trust the website. Of course, the system is not free from human error (just like pretty much everything), so there is always a chance someone will do something wrong, but it is not like everyone needs to call the school to confirm what is posted. What is killing me is the "under consideration" status, I can't look at this application page anymore! It is already noon in Geneve. Maybe the guy responsible for this will hit "enter" when he is about to go home today....he is surely having fun reading the forum!

There was no ealry bird deadline for interdisciplinary courses (Development and Int Affaris), and most of results this week were for these courses. But I don't have any explanation for what is happening. Let's just hope that by tomorrow we will have our results.

Balance of the forum today: 13 posts, 4 admitted and 9 rejected (there is one person - admitted - who posted twice, that is why there are 14 posts today).

I am also repeating to myself the "overqualified" point, but it is a bit hard to believe! I hope they need more people from BRICS countries!

There are 7 rejections so far, 6 of which were posted today. Let's hope they left all approvals for tomorrow! This is just cruel: once they know who was rejected, they know who was approved too, so they could simply send out all results. I am trying to ignore the fact that the rejected profiles look better than mine...

You are right, it seems they all happened between Friday and today. One person is saying they called to give the results, which is odd. They all seem to be rejections, though.

I am doing the same thing. But I guess there will be nothing today. I think we are very likely to get results between Monday and Wednesday next week. Don´t need to check during the weekend...

I think Iheid does not participate in QS since it is not an university. As for Psia, i find it odd that it is placed in 51-100th. Maybe something in the rating methodology, I don't know. I decided to apply to Psia and Iheid due to a lot of recommendations from professors and professionals + I wanted to live in continental Europe + I can't speak german.

Hi, I applied to Sciencespo this year too, it took them around 45 days to make their decision (I applied at the end of november and got my decision mid-january)

Hi. I was checking the website for information about housing, and they have a timetable for applying. They say that on March 20th they will open applications for admitted students, so I guess it is safe to assume that before that we will have the results. That would mean no later than Friday, 17th.

Hey, we are past the first day of March. Could today be considered "mid-March" already?

@rsustainability hello! Well, I am actually a MBA student right now, so I had two professors from this course. However, one of my referees (who took his masters and Phd at Iheid) said that it would be better to have someone who knows you now than a professor from a decade ago. I think if you have a professor you were closer to, and if he/she is willing to provide a letter, you should use it, and maybe the second letter could be from a professional referee. If not, I would go with two professional references. Perhaps you should email admissions about that. good luck!
