To my best knowledge, most EE programs have deadlines in Dec/Jan, which means your choice of options will be limited at this point for 2017 Fall admission. Since you haven't taken GRE yet, I'd suggest targeting schools that either doesn't require GRE or have deadlines in late February/March. You can also consider programs that offers 18 Spring admission. 

[Stanford ECE interview?]

Depends on which professor you're interviewing with. Be prepared to explain details on your past research. Make your speech succinct as all interviews are limited to 25-30 minutes, especially when your scheduled window is in between two of the others.

Hi all. Anyone knew the case for applied physics? I haven't heard anything back from SEAS yet. Does it means I am screwed?
