  1. Like, if you're accepted to a dozen schools and waiting on one, by this point, you should have made a decision on where'd you go if you don't get into that last one, so you - the hypothetical you - should have rejected 11 of the offers already. Otherwise, it's on you, not that last school, that other people can't get off the waitlist.
  2. Every single time I get an email notification, I'm like, "this could be it; this could be the email that changes my life." Instead, it's some newsletter that I've forgotten to unsubscribe from. Let us know our fate, programs!
  3. Me too. I mean, I had anticipated the rejection, but it cuts, man.
  4. I thought of that caveat a couple minutes after I posted! Ah, well. C'mon, Harvard, tell me I'm rejected. I just wanna know for sure.
  5. It's below the poverty limit, so you'd qualify for food stamps though. Actually, college students in work-study programs qualify for food stamps, but hardly anyone ever takes advantage of that.
  6. Looks like some Harvard Health Policy folks were notified on Friday.
  7. Originally, the person who answered the phone at Columbia said March 15th, but then someone in the background wanted to know what department I was calling about. When phone person said sociomedical, background person said something to the effect of "oh, no, those are out sometime next week," which phone person then relayed back to me. That makes me feel fairly confident about next week. I'm anthro, btw.
  8. Just called Columbia about Sociomedical, and they said decisions would come out next week "sometime."
  9. C'mon, Harvard, don't tease us with PHS results; give us health policy too!
  10. Yeah, there are waitlists and rejections but no actual acceptances in HPM on the results page.
  11. I don't think they've done interviews in the past, based on the results page here.
  12. I did because I had a work project that directly related to something on my SOP and my eventual goals come up two weeks after I locked the app in early September (and then waited two months for a LOR). This was mid-January, and I don't know if it made a difference?
  13. Me three! It was my top choice. ???
  14. Just got rejected from Hopkins HPM so watch your email if you applied there!
  15. They took about a month to reject me, not counting winter break, so I'd give it a couple weeks. I wish it was March, and we all had our results already...
  16. Can you guys who have interviews post them in the results page so it's searchable for others please? Or at least say what concentration? I'm super happy for you but I wanna know if I should be worried too, lol
  17. I'm Sociomed at Columbia, but I got that email about financial aid too. I wish I knew what it meant, if it went to everyone who applied or not.
  18. I was rejected by Pitt, but timeline-wise, all my materials were in on 11/28, and I heard January 11. Taking into consideration the holiday break, they took about a month to make a decision.
  19. ... does anyone else find it difficult to remember what exactly the track you applied to was called for each different school? I should have chosen something like Epi, but instead my programs could be HPM OR Health Sciences OR Behavioral Health OR ... you get the picture.
