  1. Hmm for me it says: Program: International Affairs Program granted (in case of transfer): International History Do you think this means I've been admitted to International Affairs or International History?
  2. Did it say for you 2 different things for Programme and Programme granted?
  3. What does it mean when it says "Program granted (in case of transfer): International History" ???
  4. It is true in Switzerland that they take very seriously workers rights. Pretty much all shops are shut on sunday and during the week almost everything is closed by 7 pm so that workers have time for their families. So it certainly wouldn't surprise me if they did in fact have a 2 hour lunch break.
  5. I got an offer from University of Copenhagen (MA in Advanced Migration Studies) and from the research I did it seems like the standard of teaching is pretty high in all main Danish universities. They just don't have the same level of name recognition as schools in other countries.
  6. I don't see anything on the results page. It looks like there have been 6 rejections (and 0 acceptances) at Masters level for international economics but so far no one has reported anything for the Phd. Someone got into the Development Economics phd but that's all I see.
  7. Well it's 5:30 PM CET now so I assume we'll all get our results tomorrow. Good luck everyone!
  8. Yes I think this could be. It's why you apply to LSE after the Oxbridge deadline so they don't reject you based on them thinking they are your 2nd choice.
  9. If you click on that little red diamond it shows most of the people had a GPA scored out of 4 and GRE scores so whether or not they are American nationality it means they went to American uni.
  10. To be fair the sample size is pretty small
  11. Nice, SOAS is a great school. I go there for undergrad and love it.
  12. What programme at LSE did you get into out of curiosity?
  13. Same haha. If that guy with 4 published papers and 2 masters didn't get in then I can't imagine what my chances are. At least I fit the American and French speaking criteria (if that really exists) EDIT: maybe they thought he was overqualified or something lol
  14. So weird. Still says "under consideration" for me in any case.
  15. @jasper8625 how long did it take you to hear back from Sciences Po? I submitted my app like 3 weeks ago and am just trying to gauge when they might make a decision.
  16. @Pasha yeah I'm pretty sure. Doesn't stop me checking the actual page tho lol
  17. Out of curiosity is anyone else applying straight out of undergrad?
  18. I wouldn't put too much stock in the rankings tbh. While Sussex University may be top no one is realistically going to recommend it above schools like Oxford or LSE for similar courses. It just doesn't have the name recognition or connections that the others have which imo is most important.
  19. Which programme did you apply for out of curiosity?
  20. I didn't see a thread for this so I decided to start one. Anyone get in? For what programme? I submitted my app for International Security in mid-Feb.
  21. I would assume it will all be on the same day.
  22. Anyone else got into this programme or others at LSE? I got into this one and the Global Migration MSc at UCL and am now just waiting to hear back from Sciences Po (International Security) and the Graduate Institute (MIA).
