Hi! I live in Boise! As far as I've heard their goal is Fall 2019. It will also be an online program.

I appreciate it! I'm applying for this round and am a little scared about that aspect of my application.
I've only heard back from 2 of the 4 I applied to. My quantitative was meh. One of them said they didn't care about that. The other said it would be better if I raised it. Soooo I'm planning on taking them again soon.

I have heard back from two. One just emailed me back with some feedback and the other we set up a time to call.

I sent emails to all the schools I've applied, and have only heard back from CSU, Stanford and UC Denver about either waiting on contact or giving me to correct information for who to contact. So I still have had no input from schools on where my app was lacking :/
I haven't heard from Utah or UT either. :/ I did hear back from Oklahoma though.

I was just accepted into a genetic counseling program so my hospital is looking to hire my replacement as a genetic counseling assistant! I was a second year applicant and this job really helped strengthen my application during my gap year. I was able to shadow (paid!) whenever I had time and learn how to take pedigrees. Hello again everyone! Looks like I'm a second year applicant. I'm not gonna lie, I'm still really bummed, and thinking about going through the whole process again is a little overwhelming but just trying to stay positive and get ready to work on improving! I'm super excited to hear about the KGI program. I'm really interested in pharmacogenetics!

Well looks like I'll be trying second match/applying again next year as well. I worked all day but had my phone, waiting to hear something from Oklahoma about the waitlist but never did. They said they'd let me know either way but I got nothing. Did this happen to anyone else?

Ugh this is hard. Getting off Oklahoma's waitlist is my only chance and there's still no information. :/

Hey! I found this after I was done with all my interviews and have just been silently reading along. Though I'd finally post something. I heard back from both of my schools. Rejected at Alabama and on Oklahoma's alternate list... they didn't say where I am on the list or anything though. :/ both emails. Congrats everyone that's been accepted so far!

That’s all I really know about it at this point but can update later if I find out more! Last I spoke to them they were trying figuring out how they wanted to do the rotations.
