Hello, I was wondering if there's anyone who hasn't heard from McGill yet. I see a few result submissions on the page but I am yet to receive an update. Not sure what to expect.

Hello, does anyone here know what kind of financial aid the UChicago CIR program provides? Do they offer stipends over and above the tuition waiver (if at all)?

Hello everyone. Claiming Duke and Yale rejection as well.
As this cycle draws to a close, would any of you here have an idea about what the long term effect (if any) was of the 2008-09 economic downturn on grad school admissions? A prof (my recommender) told me that he couldn't get in any program when he applied for the first time that year but managed to get into Princeton the next. Would this economic downturn lead to permanent reduction in cohort sizes or do people think it is a temporary blip?

Because I really think TOEFL is racist and don't think it's fair of universities to ask intl applicants to pay to prove their competency in English when it's been my first language throughout school and college, having done my Masters from Singapore, and also having online think tank level publications.

On a similar note, I still haven't received a formal rejection from UT Austin. Wonder if it's because I'm an international applicant and I refused to send in my TOEFL scores.. ?

Thanks, it's unchanged for me. Funny thing is, my UT Austin portal is doesn't show a rejection, so I'm guessing I should expect the same for Duke. ?

Hello everyone, firstly congrats on your acceptances! You deserve them.
I have been waitlisted (unofficially) by McGill, so if anyone wishes to not take up their offer, please let them know.
It is my second cycle and I do not have any offers currently. Hoping against hope that something comes up. ?
