I am with you. I am in one MA program, but I really want to be in one of the two PhD programs I am waitlisted for. I wish they would hurry.

I am waitlisted for PhD programs 2 schools. One told me I was the "1st alternate" and the other just said I was waitlisted. Niether voluntered any info until I inquired. They both promised I would know something "early this week." Well, it is Thursday April 10 (omg omg omg) and I still haven't heard. :roll: I am totally losing my mind.

This is probably way to late to help you, but yes, there are definetly terminal Anthropology MAs. I believe that CU Boulder, adn UMass Amherst both have them (among others).

I am probably going into go to the CU Anthropology program.

Third, AAAHHHHH!!! I want my life back!

I got into one pretty good school that I like alright. I am waitlisted for 2 schools, one of which is my absolute first choice. This school has everything I wanted, and a full ride for all its students (I got some money the other place, but...) First, is anyone else going absolutely crazy still waiting? Second, the graduate secretary at the school I am waiting on said she thinks everyone should accept whatever they have and ask to be released if they get in later. What do you all think about that?
