  2. Maybe a second time applicant would have the answer for my q- do schools sned out invites in chunks or all at once? Starting to get so nervous about not hearing from brandeis ?
  3. That’s what i was thinking and same but trying is the key word here lol
  4. has anyone heard anything from brandeis? so classic they're supposed to start letting us know today and I haven't seen anything around the forum
  5. Oh wow feeling dumb! I just looked back at my emails from her and found it. I submitted back at the end of october as well, I guess I just didn’t remember that piece of the email! Thanks guys!
  6. I’m really hoping boston let’s us know soon bc of the early deadline!!! It’s my top choice and this waiting is killing me.
  7. I didn’t get an email, that’s odd. I know they have my materials because I’ve been getting emails from Joan. Do you think I should be concerned?
  8. What is Indiana's date if you don't mind me asking? do schools websites say specific date or is IU the only one?
  9. Hi everyone! does anyone know around when scjools with the earlier deadlines start letting people know about interviews?
  10. Quick question: for those who already submitted apps but need to submit their fall 2017 transcripts- how are you going about to do so? Any info on Boston U, Brandeis, Indiana U, Mt Sinai, Arcadia, UTHealt, or VCU would be great. Should I just email each school and see what they prefer?
  11. Hi Everyone! I'm a bio major graduating this year and am super nervous about this whole process. I currently have a 3.69 GPA (it will go up because I should have a 4.0 this semester) and will have all of he pre-reqs besides biochem completed by the end of this fall. 2 of the classes I'm taking this fall are intro psych and genes and heredity and I should be getting the A in both (hopefully ) I've never gotten lower than a B in many of my prereqs (or classes in general) and my GRE scores are 157 (76th) for verbal and 160 (76th) for quant. I've shadowed a prenatal genetic counselor, interned for a cancer genetic counselor, and attended a genetic counseling bootcamp a few summers back. I've been on my school's crisis line for a year and have some biology TA experience. I saw that knowing other languages helps which was good because I know 3 others besides english (hebrew, spanish, and American Sign). I don't have a double major or minor which I know a lot of people have, and I'm not huge into research so my only research experience is this lab I'm in right now that is research heavy so I hope that helps. My TOP TOP TOP choice is Boston U, so if any second time applicants or current/past BU students (or anyone really) have any advice for my application or can let me know if I have shot here, it would be so reassuring!! Also applying to Indiana U, Brandeis, Mt. Sinai, UTHealth, Arcadia, and VCU, with Brandeis being my #2 choice after BU. Thanks and good luck to all!
