Hello guys. Here they come. But they, I am sure, will join us in saying, as we bid farewell to the dust of these applications, that wheresoever throughout the academic world the accounts of our admission are read, and down to the latest period of recorded time, in the glorious annals of our common country.
Are there possibilities that someone can get admission next week? I think they sent an request for an interview before but they may not send other admission letters which I want to receive. So sad...
The question is simple; should I go to the campus visit after I admitted?
One university invited me to attend the campus visit. Although I have been accepted this graduate program, the existence of other applications and limited supports for travel expenses make me hesitate the attendance of the campus visit. Does it sound nonsense to consider this invitation? Visiting professors and searching for housing issues deserve to make an effort to visit the university early?
Oh. I got it. The univ. is mysterious since there is no student in the field of PoliSci on the website. If I go, I am the only student.(Yep. Maybe it is outdated)
Finally!
I longed for the sentence "The graduate committee was highly impressed with your application. " from UNL. Moreover, a provided, annual stipend is more important for an international student. Happy dawn(bc it's 4AM...).
P.S. Non-resident tuition is only 8,000$...? How can this happen among graduate programs, which include exorbitant tuition...?
Very interesting and they make me think more about the ranking.
Btw, some conventional ranked schools like BC, Syracuse, JH, or Georgetown, relatively got a low-level ranking. Expensive tuition or other factors influence their ranking? I am curious about differences which make the disparity.
P.S. Houston mentioned twice I think
Are there people who are waiting for universities like USC or GWU? The deadline was Dec.1, 2017 but there are no notification or messages for the admission.
Although funding is the most important part of the admission process, I just want to know about the admission itself, and I want to share this feeling of anxiety.
P.S: I finished the application of UTD on Jan 8 but the university accepts the application within only two weeks!. I received an unofficial letter yesterday from the university. Is it possible...? How do you think about this university (School of Economic, Political, and Policy Sciences).
