I did not receive a request for an interview. Just an email with acceptance and then an admission packet was mailed.

Sorry just now seeing this. Hopefully interview went well for you. I found the interview to be less about the questions and more about the process behind getting to an answer. 1. Tell about yourself and experiences in relation to social work. Why social work? Why hunter? 2. What is your social identity and how will it affect relationship to clients 3. A client cooks lunch for you, what goes through your thought process. Your actual answer is not important but your thought process is. The entire interview felt like a Portlandia episode of someone interviewing for a social work program. Go in confidant why you want to go to Hunter! I wasn’t and it clearly showed.

Has anyone applied to or received their admissions decision for Fayetteville State in NC Spoke to the head of admissions (Dr. Corbin) last week and he said he couldn’t tell me anything other than the decision is in progress.

I recevied the guanteed 20k with 4k in field scholarship. Was really hoping for more. And actually contacted the finacial aid office to advocate for more funding. Still waiting...And Still waiting on a small affordable program to get back to me with an admissions decision. My heart says go to case but my brain says wait it out for the more affordable program.

Denied after interview. Def knew I bombed it. No worries. Decided before the interview I wouldn’t be attending but already booked my non refundable ticket so I went ahead with the interview. Interviewed on Monday at 11:00 and received the decision the same day. Ouch.

Got acceptance today! Waiting on funding before I make a final decision!

Just logged in with the info I used to create my application and it's the first screen that popped up. Should say Application Status: Submitted and below that states interview pending.

From what I've researched it seems like the first year, but I honestly do not know. Hoping for full funding! I'm afraid to take on that much debt especially for MSW as you mentioned. ON the other hand I really want to go there!

I applied as a last minute decision in Jan. But now Case is my top choice. Good luck to all! Deadline is tomorrow so maybe we will hear soon!
