Do you want to teach? Then find the program who has the most alums teaching in other schools? (For example Michigan State has a lot of alums in the I/O faculty world)
Have you talked to fellow students who worked with your perspective adviser to know how they work? (If they are pushy, hands off etc)
Location matters too if you don't want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere. You have to live in the area for at least 4 years, make sure you enjoy it.
Congrats on the acceptances as I hope to join you in the I/O boat of getting multiple admissions!

To add: Just heard back from George Mason (PhD). Their interview day is on the same day (Feb 23rd)...  I hastily responded to the UNC: Charlotte email with "I would love to make the drive down". I can't say no to George Mason. Please good people of Grad Cafe guide me. What should I do? I was thinking I could recruit someone to pose as me, all you need are 3 things: a monotone voice, be sarcastic 97% of the time, and been described as "endearingly creepy". Direct message me for applications.

Just got an email from UNC: Charlotte, their interview day is February 23rd. On my way down, I'll be sure to stop at NC State, roll my eyes, then drive into the night.

Michigan State's visitation weekend is St. Patrick's' Day weekend. Not sure about interview weekend because I was accepted without an interview.
Penn State's interview weekend is Feb 15-17.
I found out about my waitlist status at UGA when my POI emailed me.
    Hope that answers everyone's questions!
If anyone heard from USF or any Florida schools, please post on here and let me know! I haven't heard anything.
