So, I emailed most of the school that haven't given me decisions. Most of them basically said that I was not given the first wave offer, but under consideration for the next waves if there's any. Well, this is pretty sad. I am not expecting too much at this rate. I am preparing for the worst case of getting 0 offer. Note: Good luck for everyone else!

When did you get the notification for the interview?

Got rejection from Michigan and Penn State.... 4 rejections already, waiting for 9 more.. this is not a good sign..

Yeah I feel you. I got 2 rejections and 1 waitlist so far. No acceptance yet, still very nervous about this...

Yes I just got a similar email. I think they did the first round separation (definitely accept, definitely reject, and undecided). Maybe we fall under the third category. So it might be the case that they are still deciding on how to separate these undecided people.

Did you asked them about the waitlist or just assuming?

How long did it take for them to reply your email? I've done the same thing.

I'm getting pretty nervous right now. Still very few news from the school I applied. I've seen at least one acceptance for almost all of my schools. Anyone else still in the same page?

Yeah same here. At least getting some news after awhile. Hopefully we're going to get good news soon.

Most of them were either on the deadline day or a day before. 1/2 schools like a week early.

Does the result comes out based on how early the application was submitted?

From my understanding A.M is more applied (?) but I'm not sure, can someone else verify?

I'm in the same boat. I applied to 13, no result yet. Most likely rejection from CMU tho they seem to have sent all the acceptance. Hopefully it's going to get better soon.

Yes, after I did some research tho, somehow Columbia PhD result tends to come after the master.

I'm in a similar case, my verbal is even worse I got 144. I am still waiting and hope for the best. Hopefully we'll be fine!

Same here, I guess it's time to move on to another school

Yeah this week is kind of quiet compared to last year. I haven't heard back anything, was expecting at least one this week. I guess more week will have more results.

Well hopefully that's the case. Maybe because the number of Master applicants is way more than the PhD applicants they review it first (?) I also found it weird that there are not many posts regarding Columbia Statistics. It seems that the applicants are quite a lot and the acceptance rate is decent. We can only wait for now; it is one of the highest ranked schools that I applied too, so I am not expecting that much either.

What's the name of the website for the Chinese "gradcafe"? I might want to look there as well for references.
