UNC Chapel Hill, Brown and Chicago should be coming out sometime next week if their admission committee keep in line with precedent. Just waiting for the week of the 14th, 15th, and 16th. That is when decisions really get going.

Mine was on causal explanation and event individuation.

congratulations! do you know if they have sent out all of their request for interviews? (If so, my heart has just been utterly ripped out of my chest, slammed on the floor and jumped on. Not really but I would know not to hope for much with respect to Chicago).

What were some of your guys writing sample on?

I am not sure that Chicago acceptance is genuine. It seems odd that (i) Chicago would send just one out at a given time and (ii) the acceptance would come this early. Chicago usually releases Feb 6-Feb 10.
