I want to write a complaint and tell them to get their god damn shit together because they are the National Science Foundation but I don't want my anger to affect my chances of being chosen so I'm venting to you random people online. 

Oh my god I'm so mad. I already told my adviser and we planned our the rest of my PhD based on my project proposal and I was preparing my visa and nooooooooo.
