I applied for a Stats Ph.D at University of Toronto. Apparently acceptance offers and waitlist offers have already been sent. However, my online application say it's still being reviewed. I send an e-mail asking for any news and they said I should keep waiting. Should I keep my hopes up?

I applied to Duke for a PhD in Mathematics. As I understand, acceptance offers and rejections have already been sent, but I haven't recevied any news yet on the OneLink website. Does any of you have a theory about this?

Hi, I'm sorry if this isn't the place to ask this question. I'm new to the forum. I understand Duke has already sent out admission offers and rejections, but I haven't recieved anything yet. On the OneLink website, it says my mathematics application is still under consideration. Thank you for any hint or advice.
