  1. Same. I can't see my courses or my timetable yet. I e-mailed them and they said it takes time for this info to show up. I also double-checked with them that they will automatically register us into our first year courses. What is so frustrating is not knowing how many days of classes do we have per week. I know Jackson8918 said that classes are only 3 days a week which is great because that means I can actually find a decent part-time job, but I can't confirm this information anywhere. In the Student Handbook 2018, it states: Classes will be scheduled five days per week. Full participation (and attendance) is expected in all activities associated with the Master of Teaching program (classes, practicum, conferences, special events, etc.) and is required for success. If someone has their timetable already, can you please share it with us so we can get a sense of our week? When is the deadline to pay tuition? Also, is there a fb group? That would be really helpful.
  2. Also, since I got accepted in late June, they haven't processed my tuition deposit yet. So far, I am not enrolled in any courses, and from what I understand, they automatically register first year students into all courses, can someone please confirm this? If not, how do I register for classes?
  3. Classes are only 3 days a week? Are there any other school commitments on the Tuesday and Friday (other than studying etc)?
  4. What is UTAPs? Can you explain a bit more about the internships or teaching jobs? I mean, if we are in school full time, what kind of teaching jobs can we apply for other than tutoring? Thanks a lot for your help btw!
  5. So this entire (2 yrs) program costs ~25000 ?
  6. I don't know if anyone still checks this but I just got accepted yesterday. I applied in late Jan. I had lost all hope because they never even told me that I was waitlisted or anything. I e-mailed them a couple of days ago and they replied telling me that a decision has been made, and that I should wait for an e-mail that notifies me of an update. Don't lose hope!
  7. I never thought I would be waiting until April 20th to hear back... I feel like we will find out in May at this point... Maybe even June... Who knows
  8. Hey, do you mind telling us their email? I can't find any info on who I should email to ask...
  9. I just called them. The lady told me that if you applied by the Nov. 15 deadline, then you should expect a decision this week and/or early next week. If not (I applied late Jan), then the application takes 8 to 10 weeks to be processed and I should hear back by Spring. I told her if I applied late Jan/ early Feb then 10 weeks can take me to mid April, she told me yeah that's when we usually expect others to hear back but it is not definite and it can be later than that. I'm just going to stop obsessively check because obviously I (and anyone else who applied after the Nov.15 deadline) won't hear back for at least a couple more weeks. Good luck to everyone else!
  10. August? No way... They said they expect that most applicants hear back by the end of this month.
  11. Omg if they're already sending out emails for waitlist... I'm starting to think that I won't be accepted. I haven't heard back anything, not even a waitlist email!
  12. Why do you guys think tomorrow is the day? Am I missing something?
  13. Nope, I applied end of Jan. Ugh. If they actually follow what they say on their website (3-6 weeks from the time you apply) then I should be hearing back soon, but the way it's going... I highly doubt it.
  14. I'm wondering if anyone has heard back that they're rejected? I just want to know if i'm in or i'm out. I don't want to wait for the end of april to find out.
