I am on the same boat. Applied to 4 PhD program in Human Resource Management, got 1 rejection and still no words on the other 3. Currently working as lecturer in university. If i don't get into the program, i might leave my academic career and waste my 3 years experience as lecturer. May be academic career is just not for me.
