Hi Folks, I need some help in deciding the university for my graduate studies. I have admits from - 1. Texas A&M University (Thesis based Master's program) 2. University of Wisconsin-Madison (non-thesis based Master's program) Now, in TAMU, I would have the option to undertake research. Additionally, the cost of attendance might be lower due to the possibility of assistantships. However, in WISC, I would have more career opportunities and exposure to big city culture. Awards : 1. NTS scholar 2. Appreciation for various activities in office. 3. Hey Guys, I am giving my GRE towards the end of this month and I plan to undertake TOEFL in the end of October. I plan to pursue my Masters in CS and I have following profile - =================================================================== UG Degree : Electronics Engineering from IIT(BHU), Varanasi GPA : 8.37/10 No Publications 3.5 years work experience in a reputed MNC working as Software Developer. Expected GRE : 320+ =================================================================== I am unsure if I would be able to cope up with application process if I give my TOEFL in late October.
