Wish I could reapply but its too late. Sorry to deflate your optimism, but "Good's" and "Fair's" won't get you anywhere. I had super positive comments, and all "Very Goods" and one "Excellent" and I still didn't get the award. I did get an honorable mention though! Thats good... I guess.
