If you get invited to the in person interview after having a phone call with your POI, what are your chances? All expenses are paid for the interview so I can’t imagine that they invited a lot of people. However, I am unsure and would like some insight. Thanks!

@GingerC I think it might be awkward to reach out now as they may have already reviewed your application. I don't think you shot yourself in the foot as long as you know the professors you applied to work with are accepting students! Good luck!

Who was it from PDH?

I applied to the Personality Development and Health concentration at Northwestern! But my POI is in the PDH and social department. I am hoping that she hasn't extended interview invites!!

Hi! I applied to social psych programs at Tufts, Berkeley, Stanford, NYU, Fordham, (only developmental program I applied to) Northwestern and Columbia. I am so nervous but I have submitted all of my applications. I want to hear already!!

Hello! I’m planning on applying to PhD programs in Social and Health Psychology. I am worried about my GRE score which is 154V (65%) 158Q (68%) 5AW (92%). I have a lot of research experience and am conducting my own independent research project right now. I am planning on applying straight from a top 25 undergrad to Northwestern, Tufts, NYU, Fordham, Berkeley and UCLA. Am I being too ambitious?
