Dream school rejected me. 4 rejections and one invitation. 6 more to go but I think all of them already sent their invites. I'm bracing for the worst at this point. One more top choice left.

Anyone who got a UCSD Neuro interview know when the deadline to accept an invitation is?

Do some schools send out more interviews depending on how many initial interviewees accept their invitation?

Should be under "Hot Metal Bridge Progam"! It's a new program. I'm the only post bacc in the neuro department.

Does anyone know any Neuro post-bacc programs? For us who probably have to apply next year? I'm currently at one at the University of Pittsburgh (prob the reason why I got an invite). It's a great program! One year, no tuition, an amazing stipend, and you can pick your PI and classes! Planning on doing another one considering I'm not hearing back from schools. I hear there's one at Brown and OHSU.

Harvard was a long shot hahaha, although I did love one of their labs. I think UWashington is done too. My top schools still haven't said anything. Really hoping they're spreading out the invites. I know Pitt invited me since I'm currently a post-bacc there lol.

I'm a little confused by OHSU. Some say they applied to NGP but have been receiving invites from Behavioral. I don't remember them saying they transfer apps between the two departments.

I literally have not heard anything aside from the schools that I listed in my signature. Starting to lose hope

So, weird question, why not send rejection emails right away? Are schools waiting to see who accepts the invites first?

Didn't get that email from OHSU. I applied for Vollum not Behavioral Neuro though. But i'm not sure, someone on here said they got contacted by Behavioral Neuro even though they applied for vollum

I think OHSU Vollum and OHSU Behavioral Neuro send theirs at different times no?

For Pitt? Around 5pm EST. I think they're scattering interviews since another poster here got theirs two weeks ago. Interview dates are the last weekend in Jan, and the first two weekends of Feb.

I got an interview for Pitt today, got rejected from UCSF yesterday... I guess I got rejected to UW and Harvard too since they already sent out their stuff. Berkeley still hasn't gotten my GRE scores even though I sent them in october....
