Hello I am applying to ph.d programs in linguistics, interested in both socio/applied linguistics. I have the worst GRE Score ever, but I have my reasons an I do not know if they will consider my applications with this very very low GRE score ><" so far I am applying to Georgetown/ socio UMD - Linguistics Boston University Umass Boston Canada, Toronto Europe: Oxford wishing the best for everyone here

I did my undergrad in English, and my MA in linguistics, and now I am applying for the Ph.D. programs. I am into phonogy and recently I feel like I kind of started to like syntax. I applied to MIT and I think my chances are zero, but at least I tried :( did anyone apply for MIT ?
