Nuclear engineering senior undergrad, awarded
VG/E VG/VG E/E E/E
Honestly, the scoring and the comments made me feel they made a mistake in selection :') But yeah broader impact seems really important to the reviewers.
Also, why were there 4 reviewers?
As an undergrad in Berkeley’s NucE, I would say the department is great in a way that is small and you really get to connect to the professors. But compared to UMich, we have less diversity in research and courses to be offered. But that being said, we are next to LBNL, LLNL, UCSF, and we have great EECS courses and resources if you want a more tech oriented career.
I received an email from the Prof. that interviewed me that I have been recommended for admission by the department and the official letter will come in weeks.
I received the list just now!
Also, anyone has any recommendation on interviewing with a panel of professors? (as that is one of my scheduled interviews :'()
To anyone who receives JHU interview invitation, have you guys gotten confirmation regarding which interview weekend you are assigned to? They are supposed to tell us today, right?
Does anyone know if JHU sends out invites over a few days? Saw someone got invites already. I was contacted by JHU POI a week ago for an informal phone interview but haven't received a formal interview invite and am freaking out.
