This. We had someone on here yesterday (can't recall who) say that their conversation with SysPlus was much less concrete, and that SysPlus was basically waiting on the DoD agencies which have obviously been swamped with other stuff.

Still early for sure, but not outside the realm of possibility. Another point in favor of the 4:00 release is that I doubt decisions would drop at the very end of the workday.

It's 3:00 pm here near D.C. Government workdays *can* be a little strange - I used to work 5:30 - 2:00 pm. The 7:30 - 4:00 pm day was very popular with people.

The collective meltdown that will occur if results are not released today will be cataclysmic.
