I didnt understand about the residence permit thing. it is written that when we get one, it will be  valid only untill the end of the course. So, I assume before it ends we should apply for another residence permit by providing the certificate of acceptance to the university. Or what do you think ? 
 

Great stuffs..!! I applied for PhD. Yes at Carl’s Duisberg too. You don’t need to worry about resident permit at all, we will figure it out when we are there. For now we have to just make sure you we get to Munich...

I got an email that DAAD offices in Bonn are closed till the 4th March due to carnival festival, they will be opened tomorrow. Hopefully someone should hear from them from tomorrow on.

Thank you. I still have selection made status and my date had changed to 01.10.2019 to 30.09.2020 sometime ago.

Hi everyone,

I am from Namibia and I have applied for Research grant Doctoral program. I have received a notification that I am awarded the scholarship and due to receive my award later soon.

 I am also asked to inform DAAD if am I willing to take the scholarship or have gotten another. They indicated that they need this for them to give offers to the candidates on reserve list.

Keep your fingers crossed guys, your offers are on the way. Good luck to all of you.
