Ditto. They might just be doing UI testing to confirm that the letters will be displayed correctly (when they decide to do the release).

Isn't the name reading post on the same day as the actual results? If so, shouldn't they be out 3/13? Also, there may be less traffic here because of softer applicant numbers.

Nada. They did say late February, so could be any time between now and Thursday.
