I just received an answer from the DAAD office in Argentina and they told me that it is better to wait for the official mail from the office at Bonn. And they also told me that is better not to follow the status in the application platform...

It should be on the same page of the email box below. Under the section Details of the application. You'll find the Funding beginning and end dates.

Thank you I will wait for the email though! I applied to Research Grant: Short-Term in Heidelberg University in Archaeology Area (I do not know if this kind of information is useful, but still...).
