Did anyone make a Facebook group for this cohort? Someone on the results forum mentioned making one for cohort 11, but I lyrics to find it yesterday and was not successful.
I did too tried looking for it and didn't find it! I just made one super quick. Haven't added anything to it... "Chapman CSD Cohort 11" - let me know if you can't find it.

I just accepted off the waitlist as well!!!! So happy my number one choice!
Have 2 days to decide to accept my grant
Currently accepted to San Marcos and waitlisted at Fullerton.
I thought I was rejected since I never heard anything but I was accepted yesterday... I guess I must have been on the waitlist. I never received an e-mail about it, did you?
I accepted and sent my deposit today! So excited!

I got accepted into LaSalle's SLP graduate program (yay!) but I truly know nothing about it. Does anyone have any insight for me? I got waitlisted a few places that I could still consider (west chester, salus) but it would be great to just ACCEPT and get ready to go.
ANy insight on LaSalle's program or their clinic?
Did you decide to go to La Salle? I just sent my deposit :) So excited!

Has anyone heard back from CSUF?
According to the results page looks like some acceptances have been sent already. When I asked during the interview when results would be sent out they said this week since they’re off next week.
Good luck to everyone waiting to hear back from CSULA. E-mails are supposed to be sent today. ?

I’m also interested in knowing a bit more about the program. I got accepted to La Salle and Temple I’ve heard that Temple’s program is much better but being out of state makes it way too expensive so, I’ll likely go to La Salle.

Agreed! ? How did CSULB contact you? I’ve been on the lookout for a rejection from them.
They didn’t. I just assumed since interviews were this past Saturday

I spoke with a Student from CSUN and they said there was some sort of delay this year and decisions may not go out until early April. There is no interview for CSUN right?
I was hoping to hear back this week! I’m also waiting to hear back from CSUF and CSULA. Nervous. Also hopeful to hear from Chapman. This is stressful!
Already rejected from SDSU, Loma Linda and CSULB

I received a separate email from CSU Fullerton last night, after RSVPing for the interview/open house, telling me to bring an informal transcript and syllabi for all 12 of my course equivalencies.
I went through CSUSM’s post-Bac, do I believe I only have 9 of the 12 equivalencies done. I have no plans to take the remaining 3 before the fall, as it is too late to do so.
Does anyone know how CSUF deals with candidates who don’t have all 12? Is it an immediate bar to admission? (Seriously, they already have my transcripts and I didn’t list courses in progress, so I’m confused how they didn’t know this when an invite was extended?)
Or will they accept the candidate anyways and have them complete the pre reqs through the undergrad classes available?
TIA!
I wouldn't worry too much about it. I too have 9 of the 12. I've heard that they just make you take the classes once you start the program.

Have you called to find out about Temple? I know that they seemed to have sent out acceptances in waves, so there might be more coming!
You were right! I just received an acceptance e-mail from TU today. So excited! I’m still waiting to hear back from California schools. But happy to know that at least I’ve been accepted somewhere... how’s your process going?
-
Does anyone know how long the programs actually are at CSUF and CSUN? I really can’t afford to be out of work for 3 years so I’m hoping to get in at CSULA since it follows a cohort system and everyone finishes in 2 years.
-
I got an e-mail too! I’m very excited. I too had lost hope since invitations went out last week. I think some people might have declined attending it so it opened up spots. Wish everyone the best. The waiting game is soon coming to an end. Just two more weeks and most programs will have sent decisions.

I received an acceptance from LaSalle. Haven't heard from Temple but I think that they sent out acceptances already so I'm assuming I got denied admission.

I am waiting on the exact same acceptances! I truly wish you all the best. It is helpful to know that other people are going through the exact same thing but the unknown is so uncomfortable. How do you feel about your interviews with Chapman and CSULA?
I feel good about them... better about Chapman's than CSULA's. I was pretty nervous for CSULA's interview and I think it was palpable... but we'll see. How about you?

Hi everyone,
I had my interview for Chapman two weeks ago. Still havent heard anything. Didnt get an interview for CSULA and got waitlisted to sdsu just now. I’m seriously freaking out. Has anyone heard back from Chapman yet?
I interviewed at Chapman too and I haven't heard anything yet. I got rejected at SDSU and interviewed at CSULA. I totally relate with the freaking out part. I know that realistically, most programs will not be getting back to us until later in the month, but I still find myself checking my e-mail and the forums a million times a day. It's sad!

I'm in a similar place. Waiting for CSULA, CSUN, (3 weeks til we hear from these two! ?) and Redlands, and have lost hope in Chapman/CSUF/CSULB because I never heard back for interviews. Also applied to 7 CA schools and 2 out of state lol. Which out of state schools have you applied to?
I applied to LaSalle and Temple University (alma mater). I really DON'T want to move though. I live in LA my bf and the thought of being away for 2 years is just too much. I CANNOT wait until March 29th (CSULA). I applied out-of-state just in case no one in SoCal takes me lol. Let's stay positive. All I keep telling myself is that I only need 1. Just one place that believes in. How about you - where did you apply?

Thank you Rosegrl... I asked during my interview about grants and the answer was somewhat vague so that made me doubt anything impactful is provided. $70k is no joke. Nevertheless, I'd be super excited if I was accepted.

The amount of anxiety the waiting causes is insane. I applied to 9 places, 7 in SoCal and 2 out of state. I’m still waiting to hear back from Chapman and from CalState LA after the interview, but kind of lost hope with CSUF and CSULB :(
I also don’t think I got in at Loma Linda. I never got an invitation for an interview and I know acceptances have already been sent out.
I really cannot picture myself going through this process over again next year... crossing my fingers for some good news from CSUN, CSULA or Chapman.
Also, does anyone know how much Chapman usually offers in financial aid (grants, scholarships), if at all?
Congratulations to those whl have received acceptances!
