You are not alone. One of the schools where I am accepted is ungoing a major systems upgrade this week. Knowing how long it can take to work out kinks in a new system, I cannot imagine what the next few weeks are going to be like for everyone involved. I have already decided to go elsewhere, but I am sure to face some sort of red tape there as well. Good luck!
