I am in EDP. I want to go to school full-time, and I feel like I'd thrive more in my academic environment. but the head of student services...is not super helpful at times?

I'm in the EDP program. Student services have been not helpful and have giving me contradicting answers. Is anyone in EDP? Does anyone know anyone that has switched from EDP to day?
