@Fareed kakar I was just contacted by email this morning by DUE, and was informed that I've been placed on the waiting list, pending the selected awardees opting out of their programme and the HSP scholarship. They also asked me to re-confirm my interest in the programme in responding, for consideration if/when any awardees opt out. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see if this will turn into a good result.

I'm currently on the waitlist for Duisburg-Essen's MA in Development and Governance, and have been contacted twice by their faculty. The last communication said the results will be out shortly, thinking this would be by the end of December, but that's yet to happen. Could you kindly fill me in on how your own application went, right up until you got the notification to upload your documents/to when you find out you'd been successful?
