Accepted to the SAFLI Urdu Fellowship!

I am applying for the fellowship to study Urdu in India. I did CLS Urdu last year, which I hope will help my chances.

I'm a flagship applicant but never received a second budget email, but maybe that just means I was rejected ?

Hey y'll, I'm a grad student who did CLS Urdu last summer and now I'm applying for CLS Persian. I'm wondering how they weigh previous CLS experience when evaluating the application?
