I got to visit their open house last year. Their MFA programs are fully funded + TA, which is great. Also Atlanta is less expensive compared to other cities. Depends on what you're concerned about I guess, finance? reputation? ...

I tried, and the reply I got was I had to wait until they receive all decisions from admitted students and see if anyone declined their offer then there might be more funding available. Doesn't look like there's gonna be a huge increase tho.

I'm accepted to another school and am thinking of deferment too. Everything is unpredictable now and honestly I don't know if things are going back to normal by Fall.

Does anyone have experience asking the fa office for more funding or have any suggestions on how to negotiate with them? I’m not really satisfied with the funding package I receive right now but I’m not sure how to talk to them

Thank you so much!!! I kind of applied there as safety school too. I was notified of acceptance but I'm still waiting to see what funding I could get. Did your friends mention if this program is helpful for careers after grad? e.g getting networks&getting help to really make good works...

For those who interviewed-did you write a follow up thank you email? I know the faculty’s emails are usually on the schools website, but I’m not sure if it’s strange just to shoot them emails....

I’m actually not sure cuz I don’t have any experience with it...just checked my slide room and don’t seem to have any changes so far guess it’s not applicable to every school...just a way to calm myself down(or freak out more sorry not really helpful
