I got a score of 304 in my gre. My resume is not that top-notch as I don't have any research papers. Do i still have a good chance in getting a masters degree in CS in University of Waterloo or any other good Canadian Universities??

Hi guys, I need some help in filtering out collages that i can apply in the States and Canada. Can someone suggest me a collage which has a higher accepting rate and has a greater chance of accepting me as my profile is not so good.
