    Does anyone has information about UPenn? I applied for the Ph.D program and the application portal has been “under review” since December. Should I assume that I got rejected?

    Hey guys. I denied my Ph.D from UCSD to master. I am thinking about accepting the offer due to some personal reasons. Is there anyone also got the email from UCSD? Jan said let her know by Feb 16 so I emailed her but no responses. What should I do then?
