Has anyone ever had a situation where they had an initial phone interview and then were invited to an open house before receiving an offer from the university? I’m wondering whether I should treat this open house as a second interview?

Hey! I’m also prepping for one of these I have later this week! I don’t know if this helpful, but I’m just going to be prepping by writing down a list of questions to ask faculty members/current grad students. I think I’ll also dress a little more casual than I would for an interview day.

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows whether there might exist a ranking of Canadian I/O psychology grad school programs? I know that SIOP published rankings a little while ago regarding programs in the US, but I haven't been able to find anything similar for Canadian programs. I thought it might be useful in terms of figuring out which programs have a good reputation with employers. Thank you in advance!
