I applied to WLU online part-time, MSW advanced standing (I already have a BSW) for September 2020 start and was waitlisted today. I was notified by email. There are approx 43 spots on the waitlist and they will not let you know where you are on the waitlist. Response is required by May 29 if I accept or decline a spot on the waitlist. Waitlist will stay open until August 31, 2020. I just checked LORIS and there is no update, it still shows my application details. I will be declining to go on the waitlist as I've accepted a spot elsewhere. Posting this for any future applicants who obsess and read through old posts like I did. Good luck to everyone.

Anyone accepted at UVic for September?

I applied to Laurier online MSW advanced standing for September start and I haven't heard back yet. I did get an offer elsewhere which I have accepted.

I applied to two programs, both distance/online, both advanced standing, both for September 2020 start. 1. UVic - I received an email today with an offer of admission. Must respond my March 27 with my acceptance. 2. Laurier - I have not heard anything yet and I did just check LORIS. Good luck to everyone.

Yes both for September 2020 start. I would think we'll hear back from UVic first because the cut off date to apply at UVic was I think December 1 and WLU the cut off date was Feb 1. I'm checking UVic every few days.

I also applied to UVic (advanced standing/distance) and Laurier (advanced standing/distance), both for September 2020. You're not alone in your constant refreshing. Is your Laurier for May or Sept start?
