Does anyone happen to know when/how we’ll receive our financial aid offer for Long Beach? Also, I believe the current students said as long as you complete the FAFSA you are automatically considered for the grant which covers most of tuition. Can anyone confirm that? Not sure if I understood them correctly.

Me too. Are you guys going to stay on the waitlist? I’ll be declining, but I’m not sure if I should literally just respond “NO” as the email directs. I feel like that’s so blunt haha

I just got my acceptance as well! Congrats everyone!! Just have to decide between CSULB and SDSU now ?

Hm, strange they said we’d hear back by now then, but congrats on the interview! If they do happen to mention when we’ll be hearing back on decisions in your interview, would you mind posting that here?

I interviewed at CSULB on 3/7, and they said we should hear back in about a week. It’s now been 2 weeks, and I just saw on the results page that someone got an interview this week. Does anyone have any info on when we might hear back on decisions? I’m getting a little confused/concerned.

I’m still waiting to hear back from CSULB, Chapman, and ASU. I thought the waiting would get easier after I’d heard back from the other schools I applied to, but I feel like I’m checking my emails every 5 minutes haha

I still haven’t heard anything either! And my portal still says in review. I saw another post saying last year all the people who were waitlisted heard back weeks after everyone else, so that might be what’s happening. I just want to know one way or the other already!

I just declined Chapman, University of Oregon, and CU Boulder. I'll be declining Northern Arizona University by mail tomorrow. I also took myself off the waitlist for ASU. I really hope this helps some people out!
