Hello!!! Great news ! I also received confirmation today that I was included in the FIT Pool ???! Process took 6 months ( I applied on feb) and I didn’t take language testing either. Now we’ll have to wait for an offer , best of luck to all of you ! cheers Ivette

Hi! It’s too early indeed. Don’t worry about the language test, I didn’t take it either. as said in a previous post, I guess since the whole process was held in English and I listed English as my second language it was not necessary tho. my mother tongue is Spanish and English is my second language. so let’s wait, my panel interview was on the 9th by the way. good luck!

Hi! It was one week after the panel interview.i guess they’re collecting all information before making a decision and including background references and maybe some forms it can take up to 2 months . any news on your side ?

oh well , then I guess there’s nothing else to do than just wait. Ive been told by my former professor that they contacted them to check my university degree .

Hi Simka thanks for your best wishes as for the questions these were 7 , 3 panelists. 45-50 mins. Some motivation questions , if you are aware of the possibility to be transferred to a hardship duty station , if you were ok and why. Questions and examples of providing feedback, leverage with other areas , innovative solutions and teamwork. Hope this helps Ivette

Thanks ! ( I don’t think I’ll get the job anyways but who knows ) it was mixed not all of the question were competency based, 7 questions in total . for the language part I think in some cases is optional , I wasn’t invited to take one. maybe it’s because I’m native in Spanish and I marked English as a second language ( and since the whole process is held in English maybe there’s no need to prove that) good luck!i Ivette

Hi! I think they’re the ones confused . if you’ve already made the technical exam, language test and pre interview then the next stage is the panel interview. I have the same message. Have you received an email from Devex requesting background verification? Ivette
