Also did not receive the assistantship and am wondering of any other funding opportunities? I would be an out of state student, from Florida. UGA has a really appealing program especially the ProSEAD mission, but out of state tuition is a lot :( even with no preexisting debt.

An email that my portal was updated and then the letter was in the portal. They did not send a letter by mail, for me at least.

I got the same response, and emailed Dr. Miller too. She told me we should hear back “early this week”... but that was last week. Please let us know what she says. Really anxious to hear back!

I got in on Friday! Got like 4 of the same email on Thursday notifying me about my UGA email for students (I kind of figured it out then lol) then the letter came via email on Friday. Hope you hear back soon!!

I was accepted to Columbia a few weeks ago and, although they gave me a decent sized scholarship, I am requesting a reconsideration as it would still leave me with a sizeable amount of debt. Anyone who’s been successful in their request for reconsideration from Columbia, or any other schools, have any advice??? Thanks everyone!

That makes me feel a lot better. I applied Feb 14, so close to your date. They did mention in their reply after receiving my application that decisions should be out by the end of the month so I am hoping to hear back by the end of this week! Though I know the unexpected Coronavirus pandemic could change things, I hope not. Good luck to you!

I was wondering the same! I have not. Applied on 2/14, a day before the final deadline. In the email they did say that they expect to have results out by the end of March, but sent to updates regarding Covid-19 like my other schools. Getting antsy as I have already heard back from one school and really want to compare financial aid packages if admitted.
