Academically which shall I choose? I heard Buffalo ranks high in Biostat. I have to learn about the professors for now, I think. As of funding, Buffalo offers 20000/year TA and tuition discount(only at the resident rate, sadly), no insurance mentioned VT full funded with waived tuition and 88% insurance. Not know the responsibility for the stipend yet. Thanks!
