I have a 750mL bottle of reserve Dubbel from a Belgian Trappist brewery that I got as a parting gift from a company in the southwest of the Netherlands, who I had purchased a couple million worth of packaging equipment from at my last job. I love Trappist beers, so it's been waiting patiently for the right time.
Suggested idea if you don't have Belgian beer is find a sixer of Rogue Dead Guy. I absolutely love that beer - used to live just an hour from their brewery.
