Trying to choose between two PhD programs! Obviously two very different cities. Currently based in Baltimore, so a bit more familiar with the East coast city life. Baylor has a better stipend, and cost of living is apparently lower there. Have friends and family in MD. Texas is...Texas lol.

I got accepted to both of their Biomed Master's program, but I'm really torn between them! Hoping to get a PhD wherever I do my Master's ! Also know very little about nyc but have lived by Philly for a while.

I have recently gotten into this program for the Fall of 2020 and was wondering how it is for those who are part of it, or the BME program at the Drexel's School of Biomedical Engineering? Are there research opps at any hospitals? I am currently in Baltimore and am wondering about the Philly/Drexel culture as well!
