@sbram94 They only ask you a few questions and you have plenty of time to answer! It’s all conversational nothing technical, have something prepared for why you want to be an SLP and questions like that as this is a very typical question and something you can easily prepare for! Maybe have someone you know ask you a few questions so you can practice, it will help! Good luck!!! I am still waiting to hear back from NYU and Emerson as well, do you mind telling your stats??

Has anyone received decisions from the speech@ NYU online program?! I applied by the priority deadline and I am still waiting for a decision. The waiting is driving me crazy and so stressful. p.s if you have received a decision wether it was an acceptance or a decline can you please share your stats?

Hi first of all Congrats! I am waiting to hear back from NYU. Do you mind if I ask when you applied, what are your stats, and did they email you your acceptance or call you? I am very stressed/ nervous about my application, I know my chances are slim to none but the anticipation is really taking a toll on me. My admissions counselor called me last week and asked me a few questions ex: If i knew the cost of tuition, if I was planning on moving anywhere, if NYU is my top choice, and so on. She said I should hear back in 4-6 weeks but I applied by the priority deadline (in May) and I just feel like that is a long time considering it has already been a month since I submitted.
