So I've been observing an slp over the summer via teletherapy. She had a grad student doing their externship there as well, and many of the first sessions I watched were conducted by the grad student with the slp observing on zoom. I'm trying to create a log sheet for the slp to sign off on but I'm not sure if I should put in the supervisor column the grad student and the slp or just put the slp? The other half of the summer it was just the slp conducting the session. Anyone have any advice?
